Job Duties:

• Carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations in buildings and facilities.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems and mechanical equipment.
• Install and repair water supply systems, drainage systems, pumps, valves, and pipelines.
• Assist in mechanical maintenance, HVAC support, and building services operations.
• Diagnose faults and ensure timely repair of plumbing leaks, blockages, and mechanical failures.
• Follow health & safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.
• Support overall facility management and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 40
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician / Mechanical Technician / Maintenance Technician.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge in plumbing systems, mechanical repairs, and building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and handle technical maintenance tasks.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
