Job Duties:

• Assist senior welders with ARC welding operations on metal structures, frames, and components.
• Learn and perform basic ARC welding techniques, cutting, grinding, and finishing work.
• Prepare materials, tools, electrodes, and welding equipment for daily welding tasks.
• Read and follow simple drawings, measurements, and welding instructions provided by supervisors.
• Support fabrication, fitting, and assembly work related to metal and steel products.
• Maintain welding machines, tools, and work areas in safe working condition.
• Follow workplace safety, health regulations, and PPE standards at all times.
• Assist in quality checking of welds and rectification work when required.
• Support workshop and site welding activities as assigned.
• Learn industry best practices in metal fabrication, ARC welding, and industrial welding processes.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 30 years.
• Passed G.C.E. O/L (technical or vocational training will be an advantage).
• NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Welding or basic ARC welding knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and build a career as a Professional Welder / Fabricator.
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop or site environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Prior workshop or welding exposure (training, apprenticeship, or internship) is an advantage but not mandatory.
