Training & Development Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Conduct TNA through surveys, feedback, and performance reviews to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to design customized training programs.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and other resources as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for specialized training needs.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, including logistics and participant communication.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) for tracking, delivery, and reporting of training programs.

Requirements

  • Male 
  • Age below 35
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or professional qualifications in CQHRM/ Diploma in Training & development.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in training & Development.
  • Hands on experience in arranging and coordinating training programs.
  • Familiar with the Modern Learning Management (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in Tamil & English languages.
